독일 국적의 Florian Goldmann(플로리안 골드만)은 2012년 University of Fine Arts Berlin에서 조각과 미디어 아트 석사 졸업 후, 에든 버른, 아테네, 베를린에서 활동하며 비디오, 사진, 텍스트, 책, 설치 등을 활용해 다양한 주제와 미디어를 다루는 작업을 한다. 그는 에든 버른, 아테네, 베를린에서 미술과 함께 조각과 뉴미디어를 중점으로 공부하였다. 그는 2013년 베를린의 Elsa-Neumann의 장학금을 지원받아 우크라이나, 벨라루스 그리고 일본을 방문하였으며 자연 재해 현상의 가시화와 모델을 활용한 전달에 관해 연구하였다. 도쿄에서 결과 개인전을 개최하였으며 베를린에서 단체전을 진행하였다.

그는 넓고 다양한 주제와 미디어 안에서 작업을 진행한다. 사고방식과, 작업 방법, 물질적 재료를 활용한 작업, 조형 기술과 함께하는 실험 등을 통해 조각가라고 그를 생각할 수도 있지만 그는 비디오, 사진, 텍스트, 책, 출판물, 설치와 함께 활동을 진행한다. 그는 자족적 ‘행위’를 발전시키려고 하지 않으며 다양한 맥락 안에서 효과를 내는 과정을 착수하게 한다. 그는 점진적 임시변통의 해결책의 공간으로써 전시 작업을 이해하고 싶어 한다. 전시 형태는 단계, 단계별로 발전하며 결국 그것을 test arrangements(실험 방식)라고 부른다.
